1. Mobile App Owner

Pillowtime ("the App") is owned and operated by Eitan Teplitzky ("the Developer"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All intellectual property rights associated with the App, including its software, design, and services, are owned by the Developer.

2. Activation of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions become active and binding on the user immediately upon downloading, installing, registering, or using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the App.

3. App Functionality

Pillowtime allows users to create a custom character based on a child’s image, which is used to generate personalized books. Users can purchase books featuring this character, where they appear in both story and imagery. Key features include:

• The generation of custom illustrations and audio narration through third-party services.
• The ability to request up to three revisions for book page images (not the cover) if the generated result is unsatisfactory.

We strive to ensure a high-quality user experience; however, as the images and narration are generated by third-party providers, Pillowtime cannot guarantee results that meet every user’s expectations.

4. Account Registration

To use Pillowtime, you must create an account using Google, Apple, or email registration. Guest access is not permitted. As part of the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to comply may result in restricted access to the App.

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

By using the App, you agree to refrain from the following:

• Uploading inappropriate, nude, obscene, or offensive images.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App.
• Using the App for illegal purposes, including but not limited to copyright infringement or fraudulent activities.

Pillowtime reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these rules without prior notice.

6. Age Restrictions

Pillowtime is intended for use by individuals of all ages. However, parental supervision is advised when minors use the App.

7. Monetization Model

Pillowtime operates on an in-app purchase model. Users can purchase personalized books through the App. Once a purchase is completed, refunds cannot be issued except as required by law.

8. Generated Content Disclaimer

All images and audio narration in Pillowtime are created using third-party services. While we aim to provide a satisfying experience:

• The quality, style, and accuracy of generated content may vary.
• Users are entitled to request up to three image revisions per book page image (not the cover) to address any dissatisfaction. However, these options do not guarantee satisfaction and do not constitute grounds for refund requests.
• Pillowtime is not liable for any generated content that the user may find unsatisfactory.

9. Use of Analytics

To improve the user experience, Pillowtime uses analytics tools such as Mixpanel to collect data on app performance and user interactions. By using the App, you consent to this data collection and processing.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property within Pillowtime, including text, images, audio, software code, and user-generated content (excluding uploaded photos), is owned by the Developer. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any part of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pillowtime is provided "as is" and "as available." While we endeavor to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience, we are not responsible for the following:

• Issues arising from unstable internet or technical errors beyond our control.
• Loss or damage resulting from user misuse of the App or third-party services.
• Any dissatisfaction with third-party-generated content, including images and narration.

12. Right to Modify Terms and Conditions

Pillowtime reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notifications of changes will be sent to registered users via email or through the App. Continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
